The Sweet Resin Bush Problem

Sweet Resin Bush has become an invasive species by outcompeting
native plants for available biotic resources in areas
of Southern and Central Arizona.

- Seeds may also be spread through human activity

   – Attach to clothes, socks, and shoes

   – Domestic animals, including dogs

   – Vehicle tires

- May also be transported via water

- Seeds spread by attaching to animals and stick to the ground when wet, helping to ensure germination
